Five years ago, I was introduced to Chow Gar by Dan Stanley, who had been training for over 25 years. From day one, it challenged everything I thought I knew about strength, focus, and discipline.
Chow Gar isn’t flashy. It’s tough, precise, and built around internal power. It pushes you – physically and mentally – and demands consistency. That’s what hooked me. Over time, it reshaped how I think, move, and deal with pressure. I became sharper, calmer, and more in control – not just in training, but in everyday life. That shift led to Mantis Wellbeing.
Most of what’s out there in the wellbeing space is watered down – quick fixes, surface-level solutions, short-term hacks. Mantis is different. We focus on building real resilience through movement, breath, and mindset – all based on principles that work and last.
This is about giving people tools that actually make a difference. No fluff, no hype – just proven methods that help you get stronger, stay focused, and take control.
That’s what Mantis is about.
